Board Room

 

The Board Room offers 505 square feet of elegant function space and provides a unique setting for any meeting or event. It can accommodate up to 30 guests for a sit down meal, 25 guests for a buffet style setting, 40 guests theater style, and 20 guests for classroom style meetings. The Board Room in conjunction with the Garden Terrace can accommodate up to 125 guests.   This room can be set up as per client requirements. 

 

Garden Courtyard

Just off The Board Room is our intimate Garden Courtyard. Accessed by two stone pathways or the French doors at the board room, this is our oasis in the center of the city. Without permanent tenting, availability is seasonal. During the summer season, there is a natural canopy provided by the tree lined walls. The fountain and brick patio area are a Richmond favorite for spring and summer weddings and bridal luncheons. It can accommodate 60 people for a sit down meal and up to 90 people for a buffet style reception.  Combined with The Board Room, the Garden Courtyard can accommodate up to 125 guests. This space can be set up as per client requirements. 

 

The Dining Room

Serving as horse stables in the 19th century, this space provides a unique yet intimate experience. The Dining Room is conveniently located off the main lobby and can be used for meetings or intimate dinners. It offers up to 800 square feet and can accommodate 40 people for a seated function, 50 people theater style, and 30 people classroom style.  This room can be set up as per client requirements. 

 

Parlour Suite

 

Through its stunning period architecture, original antiques, marble fireplaces, chandeliers, 12' high ceilings, and access to the veranda overlooking the courtyard, our ParlourSuites will take you back in time. The unique location and décor is perfect for small gatherings or a unique corporate meeting. Each uniquely appointed room can accommodate events of up to 25 people.
