The historic Linden Row Inn offers several venues for your special event or meeting that is catered on site to your specifications. Our intimate event spaces are ideal for elegant banquets, small conferences, board meetings and garden receptions.

Board Room

The Board Room offers 505 sq ft of elegant event space and provides a unique setting for any meeting or event! It can accommodate up to 30 guests for a reception, 25 guests for a banquet-style setting, 40 guests for theater-style, and 20 guests for classroom-style meetings. Combined with the Garden Courtyard, the Board Room can accommodate up to 125 guests. This room can be set up as per client requirements.

Garden Courtyard

Adjacent to the Board Room is our intimate Garden Courtyard, our oasis in the center of the city! Accessed by two stone pathways or through the Board Room's French doors, the Garden Courtyard features a wrought iron fountain and brick patio area, making this event space a Richmond favorite for Spring and Summer weddings. Without permanent tenting, availability for the Garden Courtyard is seasonal. It can accommodate 60 guests for a plated reception and up to 90 guests for a banquet-style reception. Combined with the Board Room, the Garden Courtyard can accommodate up to 125 guests. This space can be set up as per client requirements.

Parlour Suite 208

Parlour Suite

Each of our seven Parlour Suites feature 650 sq ft of intimate meeting space for a unique and comfortable atmosphere. Through its stunning period architecture, original antiques, chandeliers, 12 ft high ceilings, and access to the veranda overlooking our courtyard, our Parlour Suites will be sure to take you back in time. Each Parlour Suite features an exquisitely appointed parlour area with seating surrounding a coffee table aside original marble mantles. These spaces are perfect for small meetings and break-out functions for up to 25 guests. 

From intimate meetings to large social functions, Linden Row Inn’s three unique indoor and outdoor event spaces provide the perfect atmosphere for any event! Host your next conference or business meeting in the Board Room, create a break-out space or unique meeting environment for your team in one of our Parlour Suites, or host an elegant party with friends and family in our Garden Courtyard.
