The BoardroomThe Boardroom offers 483 square feet of elegant function space and provides a unique setting for any meeting. It can accommodate up to 40 for a sit down meal, 45 for a private reception, and 24 for classroom style meetings. The Boardroom in conjunction with the new Garden Terrace can accommodate up to 60 guests. Garden TerraceJust off the Boardroom is our intimate Garden Terrace. Accessed by two stone pathways or the French doors at the board room, this is our oasis in the center of the city. Without permanent tenting, availability is seasonal. During the season there is a natural canopy provided by the tree lined walls. The fountain and grassy area are a Richmond favorite for spring and summer weddings and bridal luncheons. It can accommodate 60 people for a sit down meal, 80 people for a reception, and 70 people theater style. The Historic RestaurantOnce the stables in the 19th century, this space provides a unique yet intimate experience. This space is conveniently located off the main lobby and can be used for meetings or intimate dinners. It can accommodate 49 people for a seated function and 49 people reception style. The Mary Winfield Scott ParlorThrough its stunning period architecture, original antiques, working marble fireplaces, chandeliers, 12' high ceilings, and access to the veranda overlooking the courtyard, this room will take you back in time.
